Mainly because there, they use lima beans and okra and I don't like either.}:P <br /><br />The Ruritan Club version is more tomato based, and is more likely what you'll find in most restraurants, such as Smithfield's, as it's more along the lines of what the Brunswick Stewmasters call for.}:) <br /><br />But let me tell, ya, in doingt the research for the Challenge, there are nearly as many different versions as there are trees. One night, when we were driving from Knoxville to Jacksonville, I was driving my 1987 Suburban (which goes like the wind), and I think we were doing 100, and being passed.
